Leisure Centre Fullwell Cross is located in Barkingside High Street next to the library The centre underwent a multi million pound refurbishment of the changing rooms, swimming pool ceiling and floor, and dance studio floor in 2007 and in 2009 work was completed on a new state of the art gym, luxurious spa facility and the reception foyer. Facilities include: 25m swimming pool with teaching pool and diving boards, 44 station gym, Spa with Sauna, steam room, aroma room, hydro pool and experience showers, dance studio, spinning studio, meeting and party room. We run a huge range of varied activities throughout the year for all age ranges and abilities in all of our facilities including swimming lessons, Youth Fitness and swimming galas. |

Therapies at The Spa have been taken over by Vision. No therapies will be taking place until Saturday 10th July but we are still taking bookings for after July 10th
The Spa will be closed 1st July and 9th July 2010 for refurbishments and will re-open July 10th with an open day |
Swimming
Swimming is the nation's biggest participation sport and it's easy to see why. It is the ideal activity to work all the muscles in your body. It provides an excellent cardio-vascular workout and is the ideal warm up or cool down to start or complete your fitness workout. Swimming is less stressful on joints and muscles than other forms of exercise, boosting stamina and suppleness. It is in the perfect addition to your fitness programme invigorating and relaxing mind and body.

 | The Gym
There is a wide range of CV and resistence equipment including bikes, treadmills, rowers, steppers and fixed workout stations. To use the Fitness Suite you must complete an induction showing you correct positions and techniques to operate equipment.

Dance & Spinning Studios
Whether you're after yoga, pilates or aerobics we'll have a class to suit you taking place in our newly refurbished dance studios. Check out our dance studio timetable for a full list of the classes on offer. Spinning sessions offer a fantastic cardio workout. We have spinning classes for all abilities so whether you're a first timer or a seasoned pro, why not come along to a session. We also offer the Youth Gym classes for younger members. All our instructors have the experience to ensure that you make the most of your workout so you'll notice the difference. Our Dance Studio Timetable can be found on the right hand bar. |  |

Vision Parties
You cant beat a Vision Party.They're perfect for birthdays, plus you never take the mess or the noise home!
We've got the best party package for groups of 10 or more children. If it's time for a party, it's time for a Vision Party. |
Membership
Unlike private facilities you do not have to be a member to use any of our centres. You can use any of our centres on a pay and play basis. However, if you are using the centres on a regular basis you could save money with one of our membership packages. For details visit our Membership section.
