COMMERCIAL ORGANISATIONS

Fairlop Outdoor Activity Centre is an excellent venue for group development and team building days for companies and other organisations. Special needs groups enjoy these activities aswell and are always welcome.

Our water and land based activities are designed to promote team skills and all of the participants will have an enjoyable session, along with benefiting from increased self confidence and skills aquisition.

Safety is paramount and all of our friendly instructors are qualified to national governing body standards.

In each two hour session participants should expect to be on the water for about one and a half hours depending on the activity chosen.
We are extremely flexible with the sessions and we are happy to combine any of the activities below to suit your company or organisations need. We can also change the length of the sessions if two hours is too long.

The most important part of these sessions is that they are FUN!

The activities on offer include:

Dinghy sailing.
Rowing on the lake.
Bradwell 22 which is a sailing ketch that seats 22.
Kayaking in single seat closed canoes and canoeing in open Canadian canoes.
Bellboating, which is a stable canoe catamaran which seats 12. We have two of these boats available.

We also offer problem solving games as individual challenges or for group development along with raft building and then paddleing them on the lake and orienteering.

As mentioned above any of theses activities can be combined to make multiple activity sessions.

The price for the two hour session is £110.00 for each six person group with infill places at £20.00 per person.

One hour sessions cost £55.00 for 6 people and £10.00 for infill places.
