FULLWELL CROSS LEISURE CENTRE

Cardiac Rehab Phase 4

Tuesday 3.00pm - 4.30pm
Thursday 3.30pm - 4.30pm

Customers of these sessions will need to be referred by their hospital and to have completed Phase 3.

Active Lifestyle Gym

Thursday 2.30pm - 4pm

This session is gym based and ideal for customers who have completed Phase 4 or who are returning to exercise following an illness, injury or have been inactive for sometime.

This session would also suit older customers who would like to exercise in the company of an experienced instructor.

Active Lifestyle Classes

Wednesday 1.00pm - 2.00pm
Friday 1.00pm - 2.00pm
Saturday 9.30am - 10.30am

Similar to the Active Lifestyle Gym, these classes are suitable for older customers and those who have completed Phase 4. They are also suitable for those who are new to, or who are returning to exercising. Also, this is suitable for people who have other medical/orthopaedic limitations.
