NewsQUEST AWARD Fullwell Cross, Ashton Playing Fields and Ilford Pools were Quest Assessed in October. Quest is the UK Quality Scheme for Sport and Leisure. This is a tool for continuous improvement, designed primarily for the management of leisure facilities and leisure development. Quest defines industry standards and good practice and encourages their ongoing development and delivery within a customer focused management framework. For the Quest assessment each site went through a two day inspection with a Quest assessor who looked at many different aspects of the sites and Vision R C & L and each site was also examined by a mystery visitor. Each site passed the Quest assessment with Fullwell Cross and Ashton Playing Fields classified as "Quest Approved" and Ilford Pools as "Quest Commended". Quest is a continuous tool for improvements with regular assessments and mystery visits taking place for the foreseeable future and all sites will be hoping for improved scores next assessment.
