What's included with a Vision
Party?Â
- 1 hour of fun, with 45 mins for food - only
£9.00 per head
- In your fun packed hour you'll have an exciting swimming
session complete with inflatables and floats
- You get a delicious choice of food from the Vision Party Menu, served from
the Vision cafe
- The menu includes hot dog, chicken nuggets or veggie nuggets. All served
with fries, plus there's also a dessert
- Party hosts are all CRB police checked and are on hand to help, serve food
and make sure all activities are fun

6 steps to a stress free
Vision Party
1. Choose the date, contact the centre for
availability.
2. Complete a booking form, hand it in at Reception and a
Party Co-ordinator will contact you.
3. Your booking will be held for a
week, in which time a non-refundable deposit and/or full payment is required to
secure your booking. Cheques should be made payable to 'Vision - Redbridge
Culture & Leisure'
4. We'll confirm your booking and you'll
receive
confirmation and your invitations to send out.
5. We require
full payment a week before your party.
6. Then turn up, relax and have
FUN! | 4 key things to remember
1. The cake
and candles!
2. At least 2 adults must remain at the party.
(Some
parties, particularly under 8's, require more)
3. Swimming
costumes!
4. If we can do anything to help just ask.

Party Conditions
If you cancel
within 14 days of the party date full payment is required.
The Centre
draws your attention to the fact that it is the responsibility of the party
organisers (parents or
guardians) to ensure that the party children comply
with the general rules of the Centre.
The Centre cannot accept any
responsibility for accident or injury resulting from non-compliance with
Centre
Regulations.
If the party group fails to turn up without having
cancelled by the appropriate method, the full charge will remain due. Please
inform the Centre of any allergies the children may have on booking. The Centre
will make every effort to ensure the children's safety but parents/guardians
must ultimately accept responsibility for their children's welfare.
In
the unlikely event that the Centre cannot meet your requirements, we will
contact you to make alternative
arrangements.
The Manager reserves the
right to refuse an application, cancel or terminate any booking without being
bound to
give any reasons for doing so. |
