We offer a unique range of leisure and sports centres throughout the London Borough of Redbridge providing you with the opportunity to take part in a diverse selection of sporting and leisure pursuits. We aim to maintain all of our facilities to the highest standards, and as such have made a series of Customer Service Promises to you.

Unlike private gyms you do not have to be a member to use any of our centres. You can use any of our centres on a pay and play basis. However, if you are using the centres on a regular basis you could save money with one of our membership packages. With each centre listing, you will find a comprehensive guide to the programmes we offer, but if there is something that you want to do but can't find please let us know.
