Ashtons Playing Fields
There is a competition specification hammer, two long jump/triple jump pits
and javelin and shot put areas. There is also High Jump and Pole Vault facilities
Ideal for school sports days or club competitions, we also provide competition
standard pole vault, high jump and hurdles.
The
athletics track and field facilities are used regularly by Woodford Green
Athletic Club with Essex Ladies. Woodford Green Athletic Club train every
Tuesday and Thursday from 6.15pm - 7.15pm. Ages 11 and up and any standard
may come along. Learn all events including sprints, hurdles, throwing, jumping
and middle distance running. Give it a go!

Tickets
One of our unique features is that we offer you the opportunity to
'Pay & Play'. However, if you are training regularly you can save
money with an Ashton Playing Fields Season Ticket.
The Season Ticket gives unlimited use all year round, or you can just
turn up and pay when you want to use the track. A joint track and
gym membership is also now available. For more information please
ask at Reception. |
Cricklefields
Athletic Ground
Cricklefields Athletic Ground is the ideal venue for a range of track
and field sports. With our 6 lane running track there is always space
for long or short distance running, whichever might be your preference.
We have areas for field events such as shot put, hammer throwing,
javelin and discus, which are always available. Also, our Triple and
Long Jump run-ups and pits are of the highest quality. | Athletic
